As an independent full-line Hunter Douglas fabricator, Kaleidoscope Industries, Inc. has been meeting the changing needs of dealers for over 33 years. Our main focus is on quality, service and innovative programs customized to meet dealer's individual needs. As the owner and President I am passionate about our dealer's long-term success and I am dedicated to providing custom blinds and shades manufactured according to the highest standards in the industry.
Corporate offices and the manufacturing facility are located in Howell, Michigan just 35 miles east of the state's capitol. As a to-the-trade-only fabricator, our new 35,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fabrication facility boasts an abundance of on-hand stock for those high demand products and expanding color lines. The long-term fabrication team headed by manufacturing veteran Dee Toddy along with the latest high-tech equipment provides our dealers with the confidence of knowing that the consumer will have a thoroughly satisfied experience from beginning to end. Kaleidoscope also maintains a to-the-trade-only showroom suite in the prestigious Michigan Design Center located in Troy, Michigan.
Our dedicated expert team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives are considered to be amongst the finest in the industry. Michelle Kelley, an twenty one-year veteran, manages the customer service team, which includes shutter specialists and an in-house motorization specialist. One of the main attributes Kaleidoscope is known for is the one on one, individual treatment often overlooked by many companies. Dealer satisfaction comes from the relationships established and knowing they are not just a number.
